This policy and form are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair process for all exchange or return requests.

Return & Exchange Terms

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

  • After 7 days, refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be entertained.

  • The perfume should be unused apart from 1–2 sprays to test the fragrance.

  • Spray testers or sample products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • All return/exchange requests may take 3–5 working days to process.
