This policy and form are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair process for all exchange or return requests.

We gladly accept returns for any perfume that does not meet your satisfaction, in line with our Sunnah-based policy.

Return & Exchange Terms

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

After 15 days, refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be entertained.

The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining.

Spray testers or sample products are not eligible for return or exchange.

All return/exchange requests may take 3–5 working days to process.
