At Al Milhan, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances with care, honesty, and efficiency — following the Sunnah of fairness in trade. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your city or courier availability.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Note: Delays may occur during sales, Eid holidays, or due to courier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as stated on the website).

  • Standard delivery charges will apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your order on the courier’s website or by contacting our customer support for assistance.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and details are correct when placing your order.
Al Milhan will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or missing an item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide photos or videos as proof, and we will assist with a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
International shipping options will be announced soon as we expand our logistics network, Insha’Allah.
