Shipping policy

At Al Milhan, we aim to deliver every order with care and integrity, in keeping with our Sunnah-based business values.

Delivery charges

Choose Any 2 and Trio Deal have a delivery charge of Rs 350. Delivery is free across Pakistan for all other orders. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout, including orders that contain a deal.

Confirmation and dispatch

We confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. No advance is required for cash-on-delivery orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Friday orders are dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Order confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp once an order is placed.

Courier and tracking

We currently use M&P. Ask us on WhatsApp at 0311 3459004 for your consignment number, then enter it on M&P order tracking.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take up to 7 working days. Delays may occur during sales, Eid or other holidays, or because of courier conditions.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number. Customers are responsible for providing correct address and contact information. Al Milhan is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed because of incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or missing an item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Share your order number and photographs or videos of the parcel and affected items. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
